These Services Are Meeting Critical Community Needs

  • Suicide Prevention Education for Teens
    • The fastest rate of increase for suicides is among 13-16 year-olds. To address this trend locally, we present the evidence-based program Signs of Suicide, providing hope to teens and parents.
  • Senior Visitors
    • Committed volunteers meet weekly with older adults to mitigate their loneliness and isolation, which are the highest risk factors for depression among seniors.
  • Support Services
    • Peer-led support groups for grief and parents raising children with mental health challenges.
    • Therapy sessions for youth at risk for suicide.
  • MHAfred HELPLINE
    • We help people searching for mental health services secure their first appointment.
