Suicide Prevention Education for Teens
- The fastest rate of increase for suicides is among 13-16 year-olds. To address this trend locally, we present the evidence-based program Signs of Suicide, providing hope to teens and parents.

Senior Visitors
- Committed volunteers meet weekly with older adults to mitigate their loneliness and isolation, which are the highest risk factors for depression among seniors.

- Peer-led support groups for grief and parents raising children with mental health challenges.
- Therapy sessions for youth at risk for suicide.

- We help people searching for mental health services secure their first appointment.
