You may know someone who didn’t get the help they needed, when they needed it most. Join me in supporting real change. Let’s support good in the world and make a difference. Help us erase the stigma connected with mental illness which prevents youth from getting help. Help us teach people young and old how to identify the symptoms of depression, the warning signs for suicide, and especially how to get help for themselves and others. We can prevent a future tragedy.
